I have banked with Cadence for years just because I don't want to go thru the hassle of changing banks, but they are always changing managers and employees. I had a problem with an account and was rudely ignored as I waited for over an hour for a manager to finally talk to me after I watched them playing with the TV and on their cell phones.
Nothing was resolved because of poor unqualified managers who are not aware how to do their job. I left phone number to be contacted back and it has been over 5 weeks and no phone call or help from the bank. I highly advise to avoid this bank.
They are always short handed and changing employees which makes me very leary about the credibiity of the bank.
